Treats for the face Aesthetics is excited to introduce the Bio Revitalization Treatment Though one of the main ingredients is 33% trichloracetic acid (TCA) which normally is a medium strength peel, this product is NOT a peel because it does not cause frost.

  Rather it is a non-injectable bio-revitalizer that induces a dermal bio-stimulation without harming the skin. It has been used as a non-peeling treatment for children with chickenpox scars.

How Exactly does it work?

Our skin has three layers – epidermis, dermis, and the subcutaneous. Inside the dermis are things called fibroblasts and this is where the laxity or tightness of the skin comes from. If you want to make real change in the skin, you need to stimulate the fibroblasts.

You may have heard about collagen and elastin.

These are proteins in the skin that we have a lot of as we’re young and become less effective and less present in the skin as we get older. Hence, as we get older we get wrinkles and saggier skin.

Collagen is (the plumping protein) and elastin (the elastin protein) reside in the dermis area of the skin, and together with fibroblasts, the connective element of tissue, work to keep skin tight.

Our MAGIC TREATMENT works by stimulating the fibroblasts to stimulate the production of more collagen and elastin, resulting in tighter skin.

 Basically, just know that our BIOREVITALIZATION TREATMENT helps your body make more collagen and elastin so you get tighter skin.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can the application be performed at any age?

Yes, Our treatment is safe to use on patients aged 5 and upwards:

• 5-12 years: scars (chicken pox, impetigo)

•12-25 years: a substitute for facial cleansing (smooths epidermis and facilitates the removal and pustules), stretch marks

•25-45 years: beautification of the face, of the body, help prevention of skin

ageing, sagging breast skin, and stretch marks

45 years: hypotonic skin, sagging breast skin, as well as beautification of the face and body

Can the application be performed on any skin type?

The application is contraindicated on skin affected by seborrheic dermatitis, herpetic eruptions, angular cheilitis, or otherwise damaged. Remember that some skins may be particularly reactive to acidic products ("sensitive skin"), even if they don't present visible symptoms.

Can the application be performed on any skin color?

Yes, our treatment is safe to use on all photo-types. 

There is no risk of hyperpigmentation in high photo-types.  Asian skin is often more prone to irritation and is very delicate in the zygomatic area, so apply with fewer layers and a more delicate massage.

How long does the application take?

A face and neck application takes around 30 to 40 minutes, including pre- and post- application.

How many sessions are recommended? How long should we wait in between sessions?

You will see an immediate improvement after the first session, but the full results are brought about repeating the sessions.

The optimal interval

between sessions is one week, but you can schedule sessions 7-10 days apart.  In some situations, your provider may opt to do treatments as frequent as daily.

Is there anyone who would NOT be a good candidate?

The application is contraindicated on sensitive skin (see above), or skin affected by seborrheic dermatitis, herpetic eruptions, angular cheilitis, or

otherwise damaged.

People with unrealistic expectations, mental health problems, or unable or unwilling to comply with the post care program

should also be excluded.

Can you use the product on pregnant/breastfeeding persons?

No our treatment is not systemically toxic, but pregnant/breastfeeding persons are ineligible for application.

Is it necessary to use the AfterCare skin care line after the application?

The post-op skincare line is specifically designed to alleviate possible side effects such as redness / light flaking in the days following the application,

and to enhance and prolong dermal stimulation.

Please note that immediately after the application the skin may be more sensitive and react unusually to moisturizers and other cosmetics, even those the person has been using for a long time.

Is this product also effective on the body?

Yes, and with great results (on the inner arms, thighs, décolleté), but it is important to avoid the mucosae and the inframammary fold (midline), where the skin is very thin.

How will the skin look immediately after application?

Immediately after the application the skin will look brighter and feel smoother and firmer; there may be some redness or light flaking, but these will recede in the following days with the use of The Post-Op Moisturizing Face Cream for Dry Skin. After the full cycle the skin’s texture will be more even

and the pores and fine wrinkles will be less visible.

The overall appearance of the skin will be rejuvenated and fresher.

What is the down time/possible side effects?

Our treatment does not cause heavy peeling.

Redness, flaking and itching are normal after effects.

All skin types react differently, some may present no after effects at all, other to varying extents.

What results can persons expect?

A full treatment cycle will conduce the formation of new collagen: it will thicken the dermis and improve its elasticity, but also regulate (thin) the epidermal layer improving the natural complexion and skin tone. 

Our treatment provides an immediate aesthetic improvement, deep hydration and an effective dermal stimulation.
