Shipping

Treats for the face LLC works with manufacturers locally and worldwide, therefore shipping time will vary depending on what you order and where you live. For US orders, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships out from the warehouse. You may or may not receive a tracking number, but please rest assured that your order is on its way.

Sometimes there will be delays due to production, port issues, logistics holdups, and other external factors.

Although these external factors are outside our control, it's completely normal and should not be a cause for concern if your order is late.

An order may be canceled before it leaves the warehouse, however once your order ships out, we cannot refund your order under any circumstances.

Returns

Due to the nature of our skincare products and electronic devices we do not accept returns.

However please get in touch with customer support to resolve any issue you may be having with your order.

 

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order or if we send you the wrong product, your order will either be fully refunded or we’ll resend the incorrect or missing item (or items) to you with a complimentary treat.
