Salon policies


All reservations must be made online through our Booking portal.Please arrive on time (preferably not early or more than 10 minutes late). It is important that services begin and end on time as a curtesy to the next guest.
After booking your service, you will receive a confirmation email AND TEXT with all of the info you’ll need for your appointment. If you need to make any adjustments or cancellations, you can do so through that email.
By booking, you assert that you have read and understand our salon policies.

New clients/weekend appointments

All new clients must pay 50% at front for their services render thru the app VENMO at TREATS FOR THE FACE or by c/c.

Late arrival If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the studio to cancel, you will be subject to pay the full amount  of the services reserved will cause a 100% fee charge to your c/c on file or  added to your next appointment.

Late cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen if you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. cancellations that break these rules will cause a 100% charge fee charge to your C/C  or added it to your next appointment.

Service Pricing Policy

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the best and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and booking menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time


Payment + Gratuities

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.

Right to refuse service

A positive environment at TREATS is our top priority. While we would like to open our doors to all, we will not tolerate rude, or demeaning behavior from our clients to any staff member or fellow client. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave and not return.

Health history

For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please let us know immediately.
